Chief Warden Training + Warden Procedures
Ensure your Chief Wardens and Wardens are prepared to take command and coordinate all aspects of an emergency. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of emergency procedures, from assessing risk that may be present in the workplace to effectively planning for all types of emergencies.
Emergency Planning Committee (EPC)
We can facilitate or chair your annual EPC meetings, assist with emergency planning initiatives and record meetings for compliance purposes. Additionally, we can train EPC members on their role and responsibilities under the Australian Standard 3745-2010: Planning for Emergencies in Facilities.

Evacuation Exercise
An Evacuation Exercise is required annually by Australian Standard 3745-2010: Planning for Emergencies in Facilities. First 5 Minutes can administer fire and evacuation training, ensuring all occupants are confident in evacuating the building quickly and safely.

Emergency Skills Procedures
We will upskill your team and train the Emergency Control Organisation with additional skills to deal with workplace emergencies. Provide your people with the practical experience and knowledge to contain a small workplace fire or respond to bomb or active threat.
Online training
Self Paced Online Training
SPOT is our Self Paced Online Training platform that allows users to access their assigned courses at any time. Courses range from Chief Warden, Warden, Emergency Skills Procedures to General Occupant Training. The portal has been built to capture user activity for reporting and compliance purposes. A certificate is issued upon course completion.
Online training
Live Web-Based Training
Our consultants can broadcast training live via Zoom or Teams, providing the same interactive learning experience as our traditional in-person events. Training can be completed anywhere, negating the need to have everyone in the one place at the same time.
